Holmium Laser

Holmium Laser wavelength is 2.1 μm, at the peak of water absorption.

The laser energy can be highly absorbed by water in tissue and calculus.

Through small evaporation explosion in stones and parenchyma, it can

shatter stones and conduct tissue incision. As the penetration depth of

holmium laser in tissue is less than 0.4mm, mistaken incision and

perforation or other complications are avoided, which assures operation

safety. Holmium laser could be widely used in urinary, dermatology,

gynecology, gastroenterology, ENT .etc.
